− My 85 year old mom had an extremely hard time of getting in and out of the bathtub with no kind of support to help her.

7.0The staff was very nice and accommodating. The linens were plenteous. I asked for a handicap unit on the first floor. My room was on the first floor and was a handicap room close to the pool and breakfast room.
− My room was not cleaned on July the 4th. There were large bugs in the pool. The carpet was dirty in my room.. The site appeared a bit runned down.

7.0The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The coffee was good and fresh. The bathroom facilities were 80% clean. The TV was in good working order. The mini fridge was very cold. The microwave was clean and in good working order. The AC worked very well.
− The hotel is older and it needed some updates. The breakfast didn't have a very good selection. The carpet in the room had multiple stains on it. The chair in the room was dingy looking. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom. There was something that was red on the bathtub caulking. There were a few other areas around the bathroom that were red. Very strange!
