− Paying extra for a swimming pool $25 pp per hour and not being told about the complimentary spa
朝食がとれず。
3.0室内、館内等掃除が行き届いている。
− 現地で追加料金を払えば朝食をとれるとのことだったが満席で断られた。初めての体験で唖然とした。事前に告知すべき。

7.0The property was just a five minute walk from the train station and conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It had many amenities, including a convenience store on the 2nd floor with good options for drinks and food.
− The pool was not free. Hotel staff were VERY unfriendly. Even borderline rude. Not sure what the problem was. I even used Google translate so they didn’t have to speak English to me. My thoughts are they hate Americans (which I am), even though I tried to follow their local customs as far as etiquette.
