7.0Easily accessible, we traveled to Wheat Ridge everyday for family while we were there. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very late and when we checked in our TV didn’t work in our assigned room, they gave us a new room right away, no problems.
− The beds were not that comfortable, pillows were great and I’m a pillow snob, but the beds were a little hard. The pool area needs some attention, it was great it was open till 11pm and the hot tub was a great added amenity but it was extremely slippery around the pool, there were a lot of children there that weekend and many just left dirty towels around instead of putting them in the buckets. Parents should have been making sure that these were taken care of but they hadn’t and staff had not cleaned up at all in the pool room. The mini fridge in the room was basically a light with a fan, did not keep things cool at all. We used the ice bucket to keep a few drinks chilled and even putting that in the mini fridge did not help keep the fridge cold. Wish the lobby had at least free coffee on hand, the coffee at the Bristro was sub par and expensive.
