Dated but Clean, Convenient, and Business-Friendly
6.0Stayed one night for business and arrived around 9:10 a.m. Cesar at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and he checked me into a nice corner room early so I could take work calls. The hotel has a dated, traditional Courtyard layout with a central courtyard, although the lobby and restaurant area have been refreshed and the rooms include some newer furniture. The bed and room setup were standard Courtyard, and the water pressure was weak. Still, the room was clean and the location is convenient to both the airport and Hartford. Nothing exceptional, but perfectly adequate for a business stay. I would stay here again for work.
Softball Tournament Weekend
2.0We stayed for a softball tournament which the location was great! However upon entering the room the smell of cat urine was horrible. We tried to move past it and told ourselves we were there for only a little while. I then also noticed some dog food in the corner, as well as other large crumbs in other locations on the floor which obviously brought in ants and other bugs. There’s black mold in the bathroom and mold on the nightstand. I took a trip to Costco and bought Clorox wipes, febreeze, pillows and towels out of disgust. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough after the tournament.

− The long walk to elevator and fact you could not buy wine after 10pm. We had gone to a concert and were disappointed we could not buy at the mini mart.

Bugs on Bed.
4.0We stayed here during the first weekend of May. As I was checking the bed, I found bugs crawling on it. Reach out to the manager on site at the time. She changed our room, and in the second room, the fridge door handle was broken. We spoke to operations manager, Erica, the next morning. An adjustment of $20 was made, and 1500 Bonvoy points were added. Please see the pics attached. Don't stay here.
