Thankful for someone who knew how to find 3rd party bookings bc when my husband said we need confirmation that we didn’t

− They didn’t have our booking. We were going to have to buy two additional rooms. Confirmation number was given. He just kept saying we are having problems with Booking.com. Thankful before we bought 2 additional rooms, the manager came over and found us. It was late and we wanted to go to bed. THEN at the end, he said to swipe my card to pay for room. I told him that I’ve paid for the room. I refused to pay again. He got manager and he came over, didnt clicking on computer and gave me a thumbs up. I’ve never had this happen before, it was embarrassing. He said, it was because my first and last name was switched around but I reminded him that he had the confirmation code. Room was booked abt an 1 1/2 hr before arrival.
