− No breakfast included w room. Charge more but include brkfst. That is important to me. Will not go back just because of that.
Probably the best customer service we had in similar hotels and the facility was very good.
9.0The breakfast was excellent but it was a surprise that it was an extra as most hotels at this price point include it. However, it was a cooked to order breakfast and was better than any of the "free" breakfasts in other hotels. Even with the extra cost of the breakfast the overall cost was still very good.
− The exercise room was not air conditioned so it was very warm but the added fan helped.

5.0− 3 Tage mit kaltem Wasser ohne jeglichen Ausgleich. Kostenfreier Kaffee wurde ab dem 2. Tag morgens eingestellt, Anweisung der Geschäftsführung. Ein Mitarbeiter in der Lobby war sehr unfreundlich.
