As disappointing as could possibly be
1.0− Our reservation via Booking.com wasn’t honored!! They claimed they are full even though we held a confirmed reservation, wouldn’t send their shuttle to pick us up at the airport leaving us late at night without accommodation. Total disgrace, they should be removed from this platform
I wasn’t satisfied to stay again, no ice in the ice machine & shower didn’t look like it is cleaned after each visit
