9.0Toller Bergblick, sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Auch für reichlich Unterhaltung im Hotel ist gesorgt.

− 服务人员的服务意识需要提高，预定双人床，给的是两个单人床临时拼的，明明两个月前入住有双人床床垫，前台人员告诉客人，德国床就这样。去餐厅吃饭，8个人，服务员告诉你，你们得分开坐，因为他们没法给拼桌，桌子空一半没人坐，说自己酒店从来不拼，其实3周前我们7个人吃饭，其它员工非常热情的给我们拼了。接收到的酒店服务好坏完全凭运气！

10.0Zwar etwas außerhalb, aber aufgrund erhöhter Lage toller Ausblick…Zimmer renoviert…Aufenthaltsbereich im EG sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll, freundliches Personal
− Preise der Getränke/ Cocktails hochpreisig, was bei 4 Erwachsenen schon was ausmacht…Man trinkt viel mehr, wenn die Preise angemessen sind
