6.0Quiet and Clean. Close to the beautiful shops at Northfield. Great shops ans restaurants.
− Have to drive past a homeless encampment to get to the hotel. You have to be diligent about keeping your eye on everyone standing around the street they have a tendency to walk out in front of you as you're driving. Mattress on bed was not comfortable. We woke up sore both mornings.

− Fan in room made a horrible noise all night long. Dirty towels and areas around sink Could here my neighbor taking a shit through air vent 🤮

Great hotel inside but uncomfortable surroundings outside.
5.0Inside the facility is clean and no problems.
− The homeless shelter next to the hotel is going to run this place out of business eventually. They are littered up and down the street but did stay away from the actual hotel property. They were having a conversation in the street and would not move, it was like I was inconveniencing them by having to drive by. Cops were arresting people our first night we left to go to downtown.
Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Bed was comfortable, room was cold.

− Heater for room did not work. Food at restaurant (turkey club) was not good at all.
