It was good, I would stay in this hotel again.

The staff was welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere during our stay. The room was well designed and provided plenty of space for four adults, making our stay very comfortable. The location was excellent, and the view was outstanding, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

− There were just a few maintenance issues that I hope the hotel can improve for future guests. On our first night, we noticed there was no conditioner in the dispenser, and the bathtub drained very slowly. I reported both issues to the front desk the following morning, but they weren't resolved before we returned later that day, so we had to ask a second time. The staff addressed them promptly after the second request, but it would have been nice if they had been taken care of after the initial report. The room also stayed warmer than we would have liked, even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature. This may have been partly due to the heat wave during our visit, but the AC seemed to struggle to keep the room cool. Overall, these were relatively minor issues and did not take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

− That the breakfast said it was included and had to pay. Especially parking spot had to pay as well if I would’ve known, 85$ for parking spot😭

− Everyone should be very careful and avoid using booking.com app. In my experience, this company is not trustworthy. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel in New York through Booking.com, and the full cost of the reservation was charged on the first day. A few days after I returned home, I noticed that additional money had been charged to my credit card under this hotel's name. I contacted the hotel, and they told me the extra charge did not come from them. They said it was processed by Booking.com and advised me to contact Booking.com directly. When I contacted Booking.com, they asked me to provide my bank statement as proof of the charge. I sent my bank statement, which clearly showed the amount and the dollar ($) symbol. However, they refused to investigate and claimed that the statement did not explicitly mention the currency. They asked me to provide a bank statement that specifically states the currency. This excuse makes no sense because U.S. bank statements typically do not spell out the currency—they simply use the dollar sign, since the currency is obviously U.S. dollars. Based on my experience, Booking.com and hotle has refused to resolve this issue or refund the unauthorized charge. I encourage others to be cautious, carefully review all charges on their accounts, and keep records of every transaction.
