10.0I would highly recommend this ryokan. They were able to provide me with vegan meals, made for myself only. The owners and all staff were friendly and kind. The staff serving out meals were so bubbly and happy! There are many different onsen in this ryokan too. A sauna onsen, a foot onsen, a women's only onsen, a mixed onsen and 3 private onsen (2 of which are on the 4th floor so very nice to watch the sunrise/sunset). Another outdoor onsen away from the property could be used for an extra fee. The futon was very comfy and the room very clean. It was really nice and relaxing wearing yukata inside the onsen. Thank you for accommodating me! Naruko is also a lovely place to stay and I'd recommend at least 2 days. We stayed 2 nights.
