A true nightmare

When Piyal worked here I never had an issue with this facility. In the past I have stayed in Rooms 152-162 which are very beautiful rooms. On this particular stay I was presented with a room that had blood on curtains, blood in the tile grout, blood trailing the wall. Hair on the bed all through out, bodily fluids on the bed all throughout. My room smelled. The tub had blood soiled thick stains in them. I observed this and immediately advised the front desk . He initially didn’t believe me and I asked him to come see the room. He came in and observed the room and was quickly ready to defend the stains. He said they were old and would not come out. I then immediately requested that I be provided another room. The desk representative instantly lied and said they had no more rooms in the entire hotel available. My family member requested that housekeeping come clean the room. The young man said no one would be available from housekeeping till morning. I then requested cleaning supplies. He said he had no cleaning supplies either. I asked him what was I supposed to do. I asked him to call a manager. He said no at first.My family member went to get cleaning supplies . I started cleaning the room from 10:40pm- till 2:41am and I still wasn’t done. Let’s keep in mind that I’m handicapped so it was going to take me a long time to finish the bathroom in order to be able to properly bathe. I gave up and decided to go to bed and when I pulled back the sheets it was then I discovered soiled seminal and blood stains and alot of long hair and pubic like hair all throughout the sheets. I brought the young man back to the room. I explained to him that the stains he told me that were old and would not come up I was able to simply clean and remove them. I told him that I had been forced to clean for 4 hours but my body was sore because I had just had spinal surgery. He observing my walker then told me that he had room 162 available. I said that room would be fine. He got the key card.

− Everything from the liar at the front desk that deceived me all throughout the duration of my experience .

Didn't sleep well, air conditioner sounded like a train going down the track

− We were a little far out from everything we did only because we didn’t drive we took an uber everywhere

Place is taken advantage of people who steal, something needs to be done to prevent theft
