8.0הצוות נעים ומסביר פנים. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. המיקום קרוב לסורנטו ,אבל צריך רכב. משקיף לים. החדר נוח .
− יש נמלים מהמרפסת שנכנסים לתוך החדר וצריך לדאוג לריסוס גם בתוך החדר.
Ottima posizione e bello spazio esterno
8.0La camera era molto spaziosa, comoda e dotata di un bellissimo terrazzo, ideale per rilassarsi. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. La pulizia non è stata impeccabile: il vetro della doccia è rimasto sporco per tutto il soggiorno e, a un certo punto, il tappetino del bagno è stato rimosso senza essere sostituito. Anche la colazione ci è sembrata un po’ limitata nella scelta. Inoltre, è bene sapere che non è consentito introdurre cibo dall’esterno; considerando però che la struttura non dispone di un vero ristorante ma propone soltanto pochi piatti freddi, come caprese o prosciutto e melone, questa regola risulta un po’ restrittiva. Un’ultima osservazione riguarda il personale: tutti sono stati molto cortesi, ma alcuni addetti non parlano italiano, cosa che sorprende trattandosi di una struttura ricettiva in Italia. Nel complesso resta una buona soluzione, soprattutto per la comodità della camera e la disponibilità dello staff, ma con qualche attenzione in più potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.

10.0Cafe da manha muito bom, produtos frescos. O atendimento por parte de todos os funcionários è muito bom, todos muito simpaticos e prestativos. Nota 10!
− Gostei de tudo. Sinceramente, apesar do hotel ser um pouco distante da praia, a vista la de cima èe espetacular. O hotel como um todo è muito limpo e organizado. Talvez a piscina poderia ser uma piscina um pouco melhor, mas nada que desabone o hotel como um todo.
