10.0The resort was perfect for a family vacation. The swim up rooms were great and our son loved the water park. The beach was beautiful and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was great and went out of their way to make sure we all had a great time.

8.0I thought the room was a bit small. The swim-up had a lot of bugs, so it needed to be netted. Which I didn't see in the two days I stood there. I need to make a special acknowledgement to Maytte Camarera. She was very helpful and attentive, and made our stay better. I wish resorts had more employees like her.
