2.0There was so much construction going on…not clean. The comforters were gross. The pillows all different. Dead lady bugs on the floor. Was not impressed

4.0Parking was fine but the room we rented was supposed to have a jetted tub, that didn't work, and the ice machine didn't work. The bed had a dip in the middle.

2.0Under construction/remodel. So some amenities are not available. My non-smoking room had a lingering smell of smoke. There was hair in the dresser, dusty and dirty, especially behind the headboard. The bathroom was the best out of everything, but I believe there's well water and I can bathe in that. I'm frustrated because none of this goes along with the title of Luxury. I would like a refund.
