Arrived and there were no visible agent at the front desk. So I was never greeted when I arrived. Original room 236 telephone and remote was not working, switched room 237 had a big roach on the wall to greet me (I have photos), other switched room 255 had body hair on the bed and the blanket was stained with red. Last room 249, long strands of hair was all over the bathroom floor, behind the door and on the towels. Hair was all over the floor in the main room area, under the desk was dirty, the water in the faucet was very slow to drain out with no lever to hold or release the water in the face bowl. I felt the springs in the bed, the bed skirt was stained and dirty. That has been the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever encountered and will not be recommending or returning. The best part of my stay was when I was leaving and the pleasant driver assisted me & my luggage to the shuttle.

Cumple como hotel cercano al aeropuerto para pasar una noche antes de viajar, no más que eso! La pileta está muy buena. El precio es muy económico, las habitaciones tienen el mobiliario nuevo y muy moderno pero el resto es antiguo, la puerta del baño no cierra y hay pelusas en todos los rincones de la habitación. Repito, relación precio - calidad está perfecto.

A única coisa que foi boa foi o fato de ser perto do aeroporto e ter transfer.

− Tinham algumas partes do quarto que estavam sujas, como o banheiro, e este para mim foi o maior problema, pois limpeza é o mínimo que exijo de uma acomodação. Além disso, a área é bem barulhenta, os aviões são o de menos, mas sim os carros que chegam com música alta e vizinhos sem noção. E para completar, eu me certifiquei que o quarto que estava alugando tinha uma cafeteira, pois sempre tomo café quando estou trabalhando e quando cheguei lá não tinha nada, fui na recepção perguntar sobre e ele me falaram que somente quartos de outra categoria tinham isso e eu mostrei minha reserva, mesmo assim seguiram dizendo que não tinha direito e me mandaram ir ao posto de gasolina já que era à noite comprar. Pois fui lá e comprei mas entrei em contato com o booking pois ficaria outro dia lá, eles confirmaram que eu tinha alugado um quarto com cafeteria e entraram em contato com a recepção novamente e acordamos que eles iriam lá me entregar a cafeteira e isso NUNCA aconteceu.
