2.0Answer the phone and door. Nobody at the desk. Paid for a room and didn’t get to stay. Went to Super 8. I’ll never stay at a Red Roof.

2.0It’s was noisy n dirty n nasty people in the parking lot my brother has a second room n he had a bucket under the sink but had no water I requested my money back
Go somewhere else!
4.0Bathroom light was not working. Reported it to the on duty managers before I moved anything into the room. Left for an hour or so. Came back. Was already after 9pm. Had to get up at 4am. Still no bathroom light! I tried to take a shower and skipped and fell. Reported it to same manager, who seemed very unconcerned. He had his money and could care less about guest. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A HALF DECENT, SAFE ROOM! I wont be going back!

Good to know
One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) Stays Free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Please keep your animal on a leash when outside your room. In consideration of all guests, pets must never be left unattended in the guest room. When you walk your pet on the property, please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
