− There were a lot of homeless people in the area.

6.0Staff was very kind. Breakfast was good.
− The carpets were filthy and stained. Really not what I expected for a Comfort Inn. There is a large homeless population when you pull up to the property. The area has a lot of trash all over. I saw a man shooting up in the parking lot. The smell of weed is strong outside and inside the halls. I think there should be a warning on their site for this location.

9.0Clean room with big beds, good WiFi, appreciate the complimentary breakfast; especially clean carpet makes you feel cozy. Bath towels and toiletries were provided in abundance.
− Around this area a lot of trash and homeless people which makes you feel a bit less safe.

Clean and quiet, great bed, great water pressure.
8.0Breakfast was what you'd expect from a room of that price. Few very minor complaints, only sausage, no bacon, no bagel slicer, no cream cheese and no honey.
− Not much the hotel can do about it but the area around the parking lot has A LOT of garbage.
