10.0Everything! This was the best stay ever. It was so clean that I felt I could go barefoot, which says something. The beds were to comfortable and clean. I loved the pillows too. The shower was super clean and water pressure was amazing. Very happy with this stay, We will stay here again every time we are in the area.

One step up from the county jail, downside is you have to pay for it.

− Customer service was terrible, I changed the length of my stay as my dates in town changed and I no longer needed to stay as long as I had originally reserved. I told the check in desk this when I first arrived and they said there is no problem with changing the length of a stay. Then I was charged the full amount and could not get any one at the hotel to assist me in correcting this. Booking did their part, however the hotel still didnt respond. It's been 3+ weeks and I still have not been refunded the amount incorrectly charged for my stay.
Pleasant stay, no problems .

5.0− The wall air conditioning leaked water all night and the carpet was soaked
It was fine for staying off the road during 4th of July
6.0I at least felt fairly safe in the area. Most likely wouldn’t visit again, though.
− I didn’t feel like the bed sheets were clean and I heard noise outside my door frequently. Not necessarily talking (though there was that, too), but just weird sounds that kept scaring me, like something was hitting my door or my neighbor’s door, or the wall outside. A cricket was walking around on my bath mat in the bathroom. And I didn’t feel like there were enough convenient plugs to charge a phone & computer, since most outlets were taken up by their lamps. Breakfast was limited, they didn’t have oatmeal or fresh fruit or yogurts.
