10.0Everything and everyone was just fabulous. No issues at all. Anytime I come to Springfield I will be staying here.
Good for an overnight stay but don't expect comfort.
7.0Rooms were clean and it was a convenient location.
− Room was clean and although it was listed as a non smoking room it smelled very smoked in. Curtain actually had a cigarette burn on it. King size bed had only 3 pillows and when requested an additional one was told there were no others. :(

− Horrible room service no breakfast outside was dirty hallways were dirty
I'd stay here again.
8.0No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space in room. Good lighting, for working at desk, for reading in bed, and in general. Plenty of hot water in shower, and good flow from shower head. Temperature control worked well on a hot summer day.
− No "Do Not Disturb" door hanger available; and a housekeeper opened the door, without first knocking, long before I left.
