− Unexpected charges for parking Tv didnt work Staff was unnattentive
When booking this room, we were not told that there was a $12 fee to park our car

− There was no bread for toast, no hot water or hot chocolate, tea, or oatmeal. The eggs were cold and watery. No fruit. Grounds in the coffee.

Piero at the front desk was amazing. We arrived around midnight with lots of questions and he took good care of us.
