9.0My stay was great, all of the staff that I encountered were all pleasant, had great attitudes, were very helpful, and respectful overall. I enjoyed my stay and think if I have to stay anywhere while I'm in the area, I would choose this facility for my stay and also recommend family and friends as well.

− That the ac didn’t make the room cold even on the lowest setting and fan turned completely on. The room floors were dirty.

− Tv stuck on one channel and had to keep calling front desks for a different remote to work tv

2.0The front desk staff was great.
− The bathroom light was out so we had the bathe in the dark. Room had smoke smell and the refrigerator did not work so we had to buy a cooler.
