10.0You can never go wrong at the Tempe Mission Palms. The food, the service, the quality of the amenities, and the comfort of the rooms are all excellent.
NOTE: hotel's "resort fee" not included in room price
8.0Nice facilities and room size. Better than average hotel breakfast (extra charge).
− "Resort fee"... should be included in overall price of room. Totally ridiculous as an additional non-optional charge. Temporary area construction and street closures made access difficult.
Exceptional Service near Phoenix / Scottsdale
10.0I have been a Globalist for 2 years and a WOH member for longer than that. I have stayed at high end Hyatt Hotels both domestically and internationally. This might be the first place I have stayed where the staff actually read my request, anticipated my needs, and executed every step of the way. From the airport shuttle pickup, to the check in staff, to the doormen, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff...Each and every one of the hotel staff members that served us were genuinely engaged in making my stay exceptional. I cannot give this place enough praise for its service and cannot wait for a return trip!
Great First Stop
8.0This was a great one night stay before heading to other destinations in Scottsdale. In fact we could have easily spent 2 nights here. It was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle to the hotel. The hotel had a nice courtyard, a lovely pool, and was located near many restaurants and bars. Great location to do things in Tempe. Be aware, there is currently a lot of roadwork happening near the hotel. Also, this is near the Desert Botanical Gardens, which I highly recommend. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
Local Guest with a 6 AM flight
10.0Lovely hotel with beautiful palm trees out front! Friendly staff, professional, and very accommodating! The room was comfortable and really nice, we will definitely stay here the next time we have a really early flight to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport!
