5.0Easy to get to. Room was clean and comfortable
− Outside was dirty and not well kept. The office/ breakfast area looked like it was under repair.

7.0Sauberes Hotel. Ausstattung des Zimmers Ok. Wer einfaches Hotel zu einem entsprechenden Preis sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
− Es wird ein Pool angeboten, der aber nicht europäischen Ansprüchen entspricht.

6.0Nähe zur Altstadt, die zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Es gibt einen Pool.
− Das Zimmer war kaum bis gar nicht gereinigt (total verklebter Tisch, Flecken am Boden). Das Quartier war gerade Baustelle wg Renovierungsarbeiten, die auch dringend nötig sind. Vorab mitgeteilt wurde das aber nicht. Dazu gibt es einige dubiose Langzeitmieter, aber für die kann der Eigentümer ja nichts.
