− Hotel is very dirty All the carpets were stained dirt everywhere Continental breakfast was literally six pieces of bread in a tub with jelly
Best to look elsewhere
2.0There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, had to call a cellphone number from a note on the desk for them to come from an adjacent motel location. Room cost was much higher than it showed online and they charged twice the pet fee ($20) then stated online($10). The room was dusty and unmaintained. There was rust and black mold over the shower, dirt and debris behind toilet, stains and missing paint on walls and carpets are stained and worn. The "Breakfast served from 6am - 9am" was none existent, only coffee and toasted white bread. No other options provided. Security/Safety was not maintained as all exterior doors and pool gates were propped open and the room had no security lock. I have tried to speak to a manager/owner multiple times with no response from my messages or emails. The only positive thing was a clean bed
