− The room was stuffy and in need of significant maintenance. The walls were damaged and needed to be repaired and repainted. The floors appeared dirty and looked as though they hadn't been mopped in quite some time. The shower curtain was dirty, and I even found hair stuck to what were supposed to be clean towels. It was difficult to feel comfortable enough to take a shower. The only positive thing I can say is that the bed sheets appeared clean, although I still chose to sleep on my own sheets. This hotel is in serious need of renovation. Since it's one of the only hotels near Saint Stephens, I would expect the owners to invest some of the revenue back into maintaining and improving the property. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

8.0I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and staff. The lady and gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and upfront with me about the cable situation. I appreciate it there honestly and it allowed me to determine whether or not I wanted to either stay or check out and find another hotel to stay
− I did not like the fact that the cable was down during my stay. They were trying to fix it , but was unsuccessful. This will not stop me from staying at the property the next time I come into town.

5.0The staff was friendly. The room was clean.The location was good.
− The hotel was very out dated and need some repairs. No actual breakfast options had to purchase food outside the hotel. Pool was closed. And the rooms are no smoking, however I smelled cigarettes. And the walls are thin I was able to hear the noise guess made above me and next to me. On Friday night someone in the parking lot in the back near my room had music playing and was grilling by their truck.
