My stay was quite the receptionist was awesome
8.0Housecleaning didn’t come to the room they were no towels in the room I had to request them at the front desk and I was only given one towel for a family of four beside other it was awesome
− No one knocked to see if I needed the room clean or any towels or toilet treats needed
It was horrible.
1.0Nothing at all.
− There was no breakfast. The guy who checked us in was rude as hell. The sheets had holes from cigarette burns and the rooms reeked of smoked and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was only one towel, went to registration to ask for towels and sheets the guy said he didn’t have any with attitude (he just didn’t care). The bathroom door couldn’t lock so no privacy. Then there wasn’t any little soap or anything of convenience.

1.0− We were lied to about breakfast. When I checked in, it said breakfast was included, but in the morning we were told they didn't have breakfast. The girl at reception didn't even come to the window or apologize for the lie, but sat in her chair far from the window, talking to us. The hotel refused to refund the cost for the lack of breakfast. The faucet in the bathroom was spinning when in use, it was not attached. We were given only 2 towels for 4 people. If you sleep near a window, there's a terrible smell from the curtains; they're dirty and covered in dust. The curtains don't close completely, making it hard to sleep because of the bright light from the night lights.

Terrible
1.0The only saving grace was the front desk girl who was incredibly sweet and got me toilet paper.
− The room had no comforters on the bed, there was no toilet paper, tissues, or towels. Half the light fixtures had no bulbs in them. The TV wouldn't turn. It was a non smoking room, but it reaked of weed.
