8.0I would like this property to spray or add some air freshener to each room because some people break the rules and smoke in non-smoking rooms and it smells horrible.

2.0Check in the bathroom was so dirty it had blood on the tub.The tub and toilet haven't been clean in days. The sheets hasn't been change it was make up on the sheets and pillow cases. The room was just nasty and dirty overall.

8.0The mattress was needing some TLC. Upon check out we tried to let them know that the sink was really clogged but there was a language problem through the outside night window. Breakfast is from 6am, NOT 5:55, the door was locked. Try fried tomato buffet for food.
