1.0Just the friendly guy that works at the reception.
− The room was not clean at all, the bedsheets had dirty marks and spots, the bathroom had broken stuff, the toilet paper was dirty, there were cigarette marks in the floor and on the mini fridge, the pot had stagnant water since God knows when. The worst: every day after 10 am the electricity goes away and water as well, so you cannot use the sync nor the shower. Also, despite having booked the place with supposedly breakfast included through Booking.com the guy at the reception told us that they haven't been serving breakfast for the last 6 months.

The most horrible hole on earth!
1.0Nothing! I don't know how this shed is categorized as a hotel. It's a cave!
− The most horrible experience I've ever had while traveling! Sadly I was with my kids and parents who suffered with me. This thing is old, disgusting and totally ruined! There was a leak from the sealing on the bed and on the floor. Actually thought the hole floor and it was squeezing water when stepping on it. I HAVE VIDEOS AND PICTURES AS PROOF FOR EVERYTHING I'M SAYING! One of our EXIT doors was sealed with SCOCH TAPE so anyone can get in our room! everything was old and ruined. The banisters were broken, there was a hole in the wall. The view instead of the sea was of roofs and rusted satellite dishes. The bed was tilted and gutted in the middle. They offered us to change the rooms but 1. We paid for the view and 2. The new rooms were in worse condition. They DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO TAKE A PHOTO! There was a window but in front of it was a stair case wrapped in sheets so THERE WAS NO LIGHT IN THE ROOM! But the man who showed me the rooms stood in front of me and didn't allow me to take the pics! And they didn't refund me anything! We left and we ended up exosted, hungry and without a roof over our head. Stay away from this hole!
