10.0We first were given a room on the 1st floor where I couldn't see the lake nothing but bushes . The sweet girl at the desk made sure to fix it and put us on the 5th floor for out Lakeview room. The pool and gym were wonderful , however the elevators could use some upgrades they were very slow and one got stuck and wouldn't open .
