2.0Too many things I have to complain. Very bad check-in experience because I waited for half a hour and was almost charged twice. I paid online beforehand while the receptionist required me to pay again, not believing in the bank records which I showed to him. After realizing it was a huge unprofessional mistake, the receptionist and the manager even did not give me an apology. The room is spacious but I can’t believe such an expensive hotel does not provide bottle water at all and there is no coffee machine. The towel is not clean and the fridge is empty so it is confusing why I was required to have 200 shekels deposit —- there is nothing in the room a guest can take away. By the way, the other two friends of mine were not asked to have deposit during check-in. The hotel has a wonderful location and equipment but with very AWFUL and double standard service!!!

10.0The hotel facilities where immaculate. the room was outstanding .everything is new and all details taken into carful planning . very comfortable bed .excellent breakfast Amazing views .our only regret was that our stay was to short !! we are planning our next vacation in aria again .

10.0Our room hasnt been renovated yet, but was a good size with great balconies with stupendous views. Service is AMAZING! To a person, every single employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful and made the whole stay very enjoyable. They responded immediately for questions we had. They sent help within minutes to reset the safe. We have food allergies and we graciously given alternatives. The dining hall is very well run with none of the frantic feelings I've encountered in past trips to Eilat. Fresh, abundant food.

2.0Room was not clean and in terrible condition. Windows had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Toilet barely flushed and the sink did not drain.
