10.0What a fantastic hotel. Had a make over since I was last here. Spotless room with all mod cons, super bathroom and shower. Immaculate throughout lovely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great position opposite Queens Square you can walk to all attractions. Parking at rear £20 per.night. Highly recommended, we will return, 2 night deals online at the moment

10.0Had a lovely time staying in Bath. Francis hotel was a beautiful hotel and the location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautiful, food was very fresh. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. We hope to return again sometime!
