Perfect location, great staff but hotel a bit tired and old.
5.0Staff were really helpful despite a power cut and issues with systems
− The room was small with no air con. A fan was provided but it was noisy. The corridors decor was old and poor with ripped carpets.
Locations was fantastic. Room and facilities where not as advertised. Well over priced.

− It was run down. The shower leaked. There was used chewing gum in the bedside cabinet. We paid for an upgrade which should have included complimentary sleeps, didn’t have these, a fridge, this was just plonked in the room, coffee machine, the mugs didn’t fit the machine. We were supposed to have a view of the Cathedral, this was blocked by trees.
Great location, good value for money. Hotel a little ageing but in fine fettle! Lovely stay.
8.0− I rang up a week before to request an air-con room and was told it had been sorted, only to arrive and be told there was nothing on the booking. Got it sorted in the end.
