6.0Lovely staff excellent breakfasts clean room, however the bathroom was a big let down, shower didnt work property, i couldn’t have a shave the sink didn't have a plug and no running hot water in the sink.the toilet was extremely high , and the safety handle on the shower wall was quite loose

10.0Could have done with a night drink sachet like hot chocolate and a biscuit complimentary in room. Staff excellent. Comfy room and quiet. Excellent breskfast choice.

8.0Arrival staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast staff also very friendly and helpful. Room was clean when we arrived, but as we stayed for 2 nights, there was no cleaning. On the first morning. Only milk replaced. Cups not washed, and tea bags not replenished.
