− I think it is unfair to be charged £15 for parking which when added to Breakfast and evening meal made the stay poor value for money.

− Paying for parking. Having to share the swimming pool with a baby swimming class. There was a large group of adults in the reception window jist staring in. I was with my 13 year old daughter. It made her feel very uncomfortable. Saturday morning was the only time we could use the pool. The pool staff were not as friendly or helpful as the reception staff

Amazing Stay for our anniversary
10.0The little extra touches for our first wedding was such amazing gesture & we were very blown away & made our stay extra special. We paid for the balcony & the room size was very generous, would be happy to come back with kids. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Bar area was great.
− The only area that needs work is the pool area, we were down there for 5mins & then decided not to stay down there.
