10.0Pam is the nicest, most outgoing, happiest, and helpful hotel employee I've ever met. She is at the forefront of customer service. All the other staff definitely feed off her energy some, but she is the best out there.

8.0We stayed on the first floor. We found that with the curtains, the sheers closed completely, but the heavier ones did not. This made visibility from the outside to see occupants inside at night. We had to use a hanger with clips to close the heavier curtains so no one can see inside. Don’t know if this was a design error, but we were uncomfortable with having people in the parking lot able to see us inside during the evening.
