Wonderful Baby moon Stay

My wife and I had an amazing stay at your property. I would love to take the Marriott Survey so I can recognize all of the amazing staff that we encountered. Krystal, Jeffery,Tyler, and Jonathan were all very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. It was very nice for us to spend our baby moon at this property while we took avoid the beaches nearby. Aside from the service the room was both spacious and clean. Thank you all for the amazing stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Specially Denise - she goes the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Thank you - We truly enjoyed our time here. I would definitely stay again!

Richard the night auditor is a rude, nasty arrogant racist

This has got to be the absolute worst hotel experience that I have had in my entire life. Richard the night auditor is a rude, nasty, arrogant racist in the worst way. I had a reservation #1UQPII3GYX for Sat May02-Sun May 03. When I arrived, Richard was initially unable to find the reservation. I waited 45 mins, only for Richard to say his system was down. I expressed my disappointment with the long checkin process, by saying "I am not happy about how long this is taking to get me checked in, by which Richard, the man in the wheel chair responded by saying well I don't want you to stay in my hotel because I don't like your attitude. I asked for upper management names and he refused to give names, saying it was their policy not to give out the name of the general manager or supervisors to customers. He told me, I don't want your money and you can leave my hotel. I was unclear why something so simple as a checkin escalated so quickly to a night auditor telling me he didn't want me in his hotel and he didn't want my money all because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the long checkin process. I will never stay at this property ever again, and will tell everyone within my reach to never stay here. If Richard is an example of who the hotel uses as a representative, it tells me everything I need to know about the hotel and possibly the leadership as well. It was very evident that this was not Richards's first rodeo. This is very sad. I hope upper management investigate this review and I will check to make sure this hotel has not charged me for a no show, since my reservation was declined and I was turned away from the property.

This property met my expectations. The location was convenient for my visit and had all of the amenities I needed. The staff was very nice.

Fairfield Inn seems to be going downhill when it comes to service. Bad attitude of the front desk staff, check in takes forever because only one person is working.
