Hotel needs a deep clean and finish remodel.
4.0We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. The tv didn't work initially. Several lamps didn't work. The ironing board was rusted. The floors hadn't been mopped. Sheets hd stains. Was so ready to check out, we did not dare check the breakfast out.
Horrible!
2.0Horrible! Broken elevator, mold all over shower curtains, roaches in bathroom, stains on sheets, bugs on beds and furniture. Mold in shower grout. Unhealthy!!!! Do not stay here! We should have moved on but it was so late when we arrived.

Great for before or after a trip along the Creole Nature Trail
8.0I stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Lake Charles Sulphur for one night in mid-April after completing the Creole Nature Trail. The hotel is located very close to the Creole Nature Trail Adventure Point…the start of the trail. This is a fairly new building right at the freeway interchange. Everything is what you would expect from this brand. The breakfast was relatively good and was included with your room. I had room 327, an Executive King Suite. The room was large, couch had a tv and so did the bed. No real view and some light freeway noise. Everything was clean and worked, bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if in the area.
Unclean. I would not recommend staying.
2.0Stayed on 3/6/26. The sheets on the beds were not changed. It was obvious there were hairs and cut finger or toe nails in the bedding. The night desk person apologized and moved us to another room. That room also had dirty sheets. I would NOT recommend staying here. Notice in the history of reviews this is mentioned often.
