Terrible. Booking.com offered a hotel that has been closed for months and has not refunded me yet.

− Everything, the building had been closed for months and the hotel was nonexistent… we had to book another place… we reached out to booking.com for a refund and am still waiting for a response for the refund. We were told we would hear back within three hours and it’s already been 24 hours and still no communication from booking.com

1.0I showed up to the hotel and it was closed! I was charged for my booking just to find out that it wasn't even open and had to make a last minute booking somewhere else! I want my money back
