8.0The hotel was in such a good location to chester sites . I booked half board and was worth every penny. The hotel was very clean. It was dog friendly just want allowed in the restaurant however they had a separate seating area to accommodate. Great customer service one which stood out was the waiter called Jimmy he is an asset to the hotel .
− The rooms were comfortable however our room had no air con and the weather was hot however they did move me into a room with aircon .

10.0Comfort room ideal for a short stay . We could use the pool after checking out We.had a lovely meal in the restaurant, breakfast was great . Reception were very helpful and engaging

8.0The pool is great for family's, the food is good quality especially the pancake machine, the staff are friendly and the room was spacious. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the park and ride for Chester, meaning you can leave the car. Also a good location for thoose wanting to visit Chester Zoo, Bue Planet Aquarium and Cheshire Oaks.The
− The rooms are a little tired, and need refreshing and sound proofing between floors as we could hear guests moving around in the room above us. The bar area would be more comfortable if there were some comfortable seating eg sofa, or booth seating.
