6.0A beautiful hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast is delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options.
− Unfortunately, the pool area was a major disappointment and did not meet the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel. My friend and I planned to spend most of our day by the pool, but the experience was far from enjoyable. The biggest issue was the large number of crows taking over the area. I understand that dealing with crows can be challenging, but this is something that clearly requires a better solution. There also didn’t seem to be a dedicated staff member regularly maintaining the pool area. Guests would leave food from the pool bar on their loungers, and the crows would pick it up and scatter it all over the pool deck. At one point, I watched a crow drop food directly into the swimming pool, where it simply remained. Later, I even saw a cat, birds, and crows all gathering around leftover food in the area. In addition, a wet towel was left beside the pool for the entire time I was there—over two and a half hours—without anyone removing it. Small details like these create the impression that the pool area is not being properly monitored or maintained. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but such basic operational issues significantly affected our experience. I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve, as the pool should reflect the same high standards as the rest of the hotel.
