− Lack of information, 10% service charge in restaurant, no draft beers. Noise room (219). Water in radiators or toilet continual 247. Booking .vom were phoned for Breakfast to be added to booking, after being pushed from one person to another, we were told it had been added, IT HAD NOT.

9.0Pleasant greeting at Reception and Nayim was particularly helpful. Pleasant, clean, well-equipped room with a comfortable bed. The Leisure Facilities were outstanding.
− The restaurant was closed but a good meal was served in the bar. Food was good, but the drinks were incredibly expensive.
Good value, close to Painswick and Slad

− Food was very poor worst prawn cocktail I have ever had, breakfast orange juice was watered down squash ! , serving staff were inexperienced didn’t clean away used drink and plates etc
It was ok
7.0My room was unacceptable, damp and black mould but they moved me without question. New room was very comfortable and much cleaner.
− I do understand that rooms don't need full attention every day however rubbish should be removed daily not every 3rd day.
