Perfect location, friendly staff, spacious room
7.0The location was absolutely perfect! Great restaurants, cafes, bars, Woolworths and BWS all downstairs. You don’t have to walk far to get great food or drinks. The room was comfortable, it even has a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. The walk-in shower with a rain shower head was fantastic. The bathroom was specious with double basins and a bathtub. The toiletries that were provided had a beautiful scent. Even the hair dryer was a good quality Dyson (not the usual rubbish hotel hairdryer). The reception staff were very friendly, they would always greet us with a smile and a friendly hello. We enjoyed our stay.
− The mattress was way too soft. You sort of fall into it when you lie down but it was still comfortable enough. The room needed a bit of maintenance- the mirror light in the lounge area was flushing constantly. We turned it off and reported it to reception but they never fixed it. Also, the shelf in the shower for toiletries was falling out of the wall - again we reported it to reception. The girl said they would send a maintenance person the next day but it never happened. The bathtub had dark stains on the surface, a bit like mould looking/discolouration so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We would definitely stay here again.
