The structure both externally and internally is very beautiful, the building is historic, recalls the style of the 1700s and was the reason for the choice, but then the positive aspects end here.

− I have been touring the French Riviera for years, I really love it, and I have always found myself well in many hotels, this has been a really horrible experience, in almost 20 years of tourism. 1) I asked for parking, and I was told it was full, normal being undersized compared to the hotel, there were maybe 6 parking spaces available (all booked apparently), compared to at least 30 rooms, they made me park my car in the middle of the road along with all the other cars (I didn’t come with a common car.) without even giving me directions or advice on any nearby parking lots. 2)The pool that you see in the photos is very nice, but full of dry leaves in the water and insects both dead and live of various kinds, without even providing a net to clean it ourselves or send someone to clean it and for the whole day it will remain very very dirty. 3) The bathroom sink was clogged, it didn't work and despite the complaints they didn't change the room or fix the fault for all 3 days. 4) They didn’t do the cleanings rooms for two days after repeated. It was disappointing, a scandal that in a 4-star hotel they don't clean the rooms, simply because we left the rooms at 14:00, but we came back at 20:30 they had plenty of time to do them, this for two consecutive days. 5) Staff at the reception unprofessional and unpleasant. p.s: I remain at the disposal of the OWNERS of the structure or in any case of the administrators to tell in detail what happened and go to check with those responsible my tremendous experience, i stay in this hotel fortunately only 2 nights, 30/31th may and 31may/1stjune, however I hope that this review serves as a warnin Bye

− Nous souhaitons signaler notre mauvaise expérience avec le personnel de cet établissement. À notre arrivée, nous avons demandé des informations concernant le parking. Le personnel nous a répondu sur un ton hautain et s’est même moqué de nous en disant qu’ils n’avaient « jamais vu un bus comme le nôtre » et qu’il était impossible de nous garer. Cette façon de nous parler était déplacée et peu professionnelle. Nous comprenons tout à fait qu’il puisse y avoir des contraintes de stationnement, mais cela aurait pu nous être expliqué avec respect et courtoisie. Malheureusement, l’attitude du personnel nous a mis très mal à l’aise et a gâché le début de notre séjour. C’est pourquoi nous souhaitions vous faire part de cette expérience, que nous avons trouvée très décevante.
