Overall a good stay, but will consider somewhere else after having to walk by smokers to enter the front door.

− I have stayed here several times in the last 2 years and for the first time there was a butt bin at the front door, requiring guests to walk by smokers to enter the property.

− Plumbing in bathroom. Toilet would barely flush, hard to regulate water in shower
I would choose the same location if I return to Florence.
10.0The staff was super; very friendly and helpful! Breakfast service was great and such happy staff. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us.
Good location, plenty of restaurants around to eat at but hotel could do a lot better.
6.0Breakfast was below average. Dirty, utensils, butter, apple juice, couldn’t open the bread/muffin door, I could go on…
− One lady at the front desk when we checked out on Sunday, July 19th. Not friendly or courteous, like she couldn’t be bothered. Asked for a receipt to be emailed - she said she’d do it - never got it - had to call back 3 days later to ask for it again.
