8.0Emplacement bien situé et déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre un peu petite ainsi que la salle de bains. La baignoire était trop haute pour des personnes avec des problèmes de genoux et pas de support pour se tenir afin de ne pas tomber. Ils manquent également des supports pour pendre les linges.

Comfortable stay snd great base to explore Annecy.
9.0Position (close to everything), great breakfast, air conditioning, ability to open windows, rooms very comfortable.
− Late check- in -:4pm is the latest we have ever encountered - although the benefit I guess is relatively late check out at 11am. Staff very welcoming however and offer of refreshments welcome. Also able to leave bags. Outlook from property not that attractive.

8.0Location was perfect - quiet area. Air conditioning was huge during the heat wave. Nice size room. Bar available till midnight in case a need for a nightcap.
− Why is Free coffee only available from 1pm-9? Some staff were a bit unfriendly…
