8.0Everything was clean. Many areas appeared to be dated (not updated). Staff was friendly. We were disappointed to learn when we arrived that the king bed we reserved was not available and we were provided with a room with two double beds (smaller than queen size).

Worst Hotel Ever
2.0This is hands down the most disgusting Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. This place hasn’t been updated in decades. The carpets are so gross. Every door is full of dents, the water doesn’t get hot only really warm. The bath tubs are so old and gross. I rented an apartment and I don’t even want to cook in it. Such a waste of money. The pictures are nothing like reality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If you are having a procedure done at Duke and need to be here for a little while, get an Air BnB. This place is a dump and a breeding ground for bacteria.

6.0Older hotel, room smelled of mold. Rooms need a facelift. It was fine for two nights. Shower was fine, older plumbing, kitchette area.
