Housekeeping Never Showed
4.0We stayed for three nights. On the second day, we noticed that housekeeping had not been to our room. We called down to the front desk and they at least sent someone to empty the trash and give us clean towels. The next day, to make sure, we told the front desk attendant at around 10 a.m. that we were leaving for the day and that our room could be cleaned. When we returned at around 6 p.m., our room was untouched. Went to the front desk and they again sent someone (who could not speak English) to empty our trash and give us new towels. The last day, we spoke with the manager who apologized and said she would look into it and give us a call. No call, nothing. Very disappointed in this Hilton property.
