The beds were comfortable but for a short stay .
8.0The room was exactly what I was looking for when I needed a place to stay with my 5 bridesmaids.
− We wish the pool was open but it was good for a 2 day stay.
Only good for the location, we will be staying next door at one of the other hotels when we are down in Boston again in
4.0The location is great, we usually stay here because it’s close to the places we like to visit.
− It’s under construction, it’s dirty, nails on the floor, there was a spilled drink in the elevator, our bathroom was not cleaned well, we didn’t stay for breakfast because the construction was going on in the same area and it was dusty. It was noisy and the floor we stayed on smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. Water was to be shut off between 10-2 which seems a bit crazy and none of this was disclosed when we booked. We had stayed there several times before and noticed they were starting some work a bit ago, but nothing is done months later. I’m not sure how they can be open with all that going on.

− Was under construction, roof leaked, no water in hotel room next morning so couldn't brush teeth, use bathroom or shower.
Avoid like the plague
2.0No where near even a 1 star the place is a building site with returning about the car park this place needs to be closed till it’s refurbished and fit for purpose.
Loved my stay just wish it was more flexible to get around instead off u era every day

Location is great but lacked staff and they were not friendly. Room was dirty, shower was not working properly, food in

− Staff was almost non existent. Talked to one person at check in who said very little and was not friendly. Never saw another staff member after that. Did talk to one on the phone about a charge on my card and they were super rude. Hotel is under construction but was dirtier than it should have been. Our room was not great.
