8.0J’ai réservé une chambre avec douche et à l’arrivée j’ai dû payer un supplément de 10€. Je pense que le problème vient du portail Hôtels.com. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très bien. Le distributeur était peu rempli, peu de choix…

2.0Honteux, j'ai réservé pour une nuit car je bossais tout le weekend loin de chez moi. J'arrive vers 22h impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel car on ne m'a pas envoyé le code de réservation.( Enfin si mais le lendemain de la réservation)J'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois , personnes ne m'a répondu. J'ai du dormir dans mon véhicule

2.0Deja j'arrive, il n'y a personne a l'accueil. J'ai dû appeler le centre d'appel F1 pour me donner accès à ma chambre et encore le conseil que la conseillère m'a donné c'est d'attendre que quelqu'un arrive.. comment vous dire qu'il etait 20h, qu'il fesait nuit.. finalement je lui dit quoi faire c'est a dire de rechercher mon nom pour avoir mon numéro de réservation. Je fais le checkin individuel. J'obtiens mon code et me dirige dans la chambre... pas de toilettes, ni de salle de bain. Nous étions trois jeunes femmes pour un trio que nous avions réservé pour ce changer car nous avions un mariage. Vers 21h un homme frappe a notre porte et nous demande de faire moins de bruit puis commence à poser des questions bizarre du genre vous êtes combien dans la chambre, que des femmes ? Vous sortez ? Vous êtes un couple avec enfant etc.. il dit être le gérant.... plus jamais.. à fuire. Autant vous dire que nous n'avons pas passé la nuit là bas. Pffffff
